Financials and real estate are excluded from both horizons. The metric set is category-inappropriate rather than merely missing: a bank's debt is funding, not leverage, so ROIC and net debt have no meaning; a REIT's EBIT contains property revaluation, so margin trend tracks the valuer. Prices and releases are still ingested — and P/E, P/B, ROE and the dividend do apply, so each of these opens on a fundamentals block with the category errors left out.
